Frequently asked questions.

How long are the classes?

Classes typically run between 2 and 4 hours, depending on the topic and level of interaction. That gives you time to learn, practice and ask questions while keeping the session engaging and focused.

Can I host a class at my home?

Absolutely — and it’s highly recommended. Hosting at home is a wonderful way to get a personalized, intimate experience. We’ll work with you on the setup and make sure everything is tailored to your space and needs.

Where do classes usually take place?

Many of our public and corporate sessions run at Show + Tell, the demonstration kitchen inside Armature Works in Tampa. Private sessions and dinner parties are commonly hosted in your own kitchen or at a venue of your choosing.
