Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, organization name, the services you’re interested in, your requested date, your preferred contact method and anything you write in the message field when you submit our contact form.
- Information collected automatically. Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and pages viewed, gathered so we can keep the site working and understand which pages are useful.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and plan the class, training, dinner or event you asked about.
- To send appointment confirmations, scheduling details and follow-up about your booking.
- To send occasional marketing communication, where you have consented to receive it.
- To operate, maintain and improve this website.
We do not sell your personal information.
You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message, or by replying to ask us to remove you. We will still send transactional messages about a booking you have made.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only to the extent they need it: our customer relationship and messaging platform (which stores contact records and delivers our email and SMS), our website host, and our scheduling and payment providers. These providers are bound to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site functioning, remember your preferences and measure traffic. Third-party embeds on our pages — our contact form and the map on our contact page — may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
Data retention
We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing events@ironchefcore.net. We will respond within a reasonable period.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Minors are welcome to participate in our classes when registered and supervised by a parent or guardian.
SMS / Text Messaging and Your Consent
How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages from Iron Chef Core Consulting when you give us your mobile number and ask us to contact you — for example by submitting a request form on this website, by ticking a text-message consent box where one is provided, or by texting us first at (386) 283-8247. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
What we send. Messages relate to the service you asked us about: replies to your questions, quotes and estimates, appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival and job-status updates, invoices and receipts, and follow-up about work we have completed for you. We do not send recurring marketing or promotional text campaigns.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Data Security Practices
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect the information you share with us, including:

- Keeping customer records in access-controlled, password-protected accounts, limited to the people who need them to do their job.
- Using reputable third-party platforms for messaging, scheduling, and payment, and relying on their security controls rather than storing that data ourselves.
- Retaining personal information only as long as it is needed, and disposing of it when it is not.
No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we will revise the "Last updated" date above. If we make a material change to how we handle your information, we will make that clear on this page.
