Terms and Conditions

Effective August 12, 2026. These terms apply to this website and to the experiences we deliver.

Agreement

By using this website or booking an experience with Iron Chef Core Consulting (“Iron Chef Core”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book with us.

What we provide

We provide culinary consulting and experiential events: hands-on cooking classes, private culinary training, food-forward health education, dinner parties and team-building sessions. Details of each engagement — date, duration, group size, venue, menu and price — are confirmed in writing before the event.

Bookings and payment

Changes and cancellation

If you need to move or cancel a confirmed date, contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you where we can. The specific cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms for your engagement are those stated in your written quote or booking confirmation. If we have to cancel for reasons within our control, you may choose a rescheduled date or a refund of amounts paid for the cancelled engagement.

Food allergies and dietary requirements

Tell us about allergies and dietary requirements in advance. We accommodate a wide range of needs — including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free — and we take them seriously. However, our sessions are prepared in shared kitchens and at third-party venues where we cannot guarantee an environment free from any particular allergen, including cross-contact. If you have a severe allergy, please tell us before booking so we can discuss whether we can safely accommodate it.

Health, safety and the kitchen

Cooking involves knives, heat, hot liquids, open flame and electrical equipment. Participants must follow the instructions given by our chef and venue staff at all times, and are responsible for their own conduct in the kitchen. We may decline participation to anyone who is intoxicated or behaving unsafely. Participants under 18 must be registered and supervised by a parent or guardian.

Educational nature of health content

Our alternative health and nutrition content — on this website, in our classes and in our consulting — is educational and general in nature. It is not medical advice and does not constitute diagnosis or treatment of any condition. Speak with a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet for medical reasons.

Recipes and blog content

Recipes and articles on this site are shared for general information. Follow safe food-handling, storage and cooking-temperature practices when preparing anything at home. Outcomes vary with ingredients, equipment and technique.

Third-party venues

Some experiences take place at venues we do not own or operate, including Show + Tell at Armature Works. Those venues have their own rules, access times and policies, and you agree to follow them. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of a third-party venue.

Photography

We sometimes photograph our sessions for our portfolio and social media. Tell us before or at the start of the session if you prefer not to be photographed, and we will respect that.

Communication consent

If you opt in on our contact form, you consent to receive SMS notifications, alerts and occasional marketing communication from Iron Chef Core. Message frequency varies. Intellectual property

The content of this website — text, photographs, logos and recipes we have authored — belongs to Iron Chef Core Consulting unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce it commercially without our written permission. The Armature Works and Show + Tell names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the amount you paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in the courts serving Hillsborough County, Florida.

Our Services

Iron Chef Core Consulting provides the services described on this website. The specific work, price, and schedule for your job are set out in the quote, estimate, or written agreement we provide for that job, which together with these Terms forms the agreement between us. Descriptions and any figures shown on this website are general information, not a binding quote. Scheduling depends on availability, weather, parts and material lead times, and other factors outside our control, so any dates we give are estimates and can change. If the scope of the work changes, or conditions are found once work begins that we could not see beforehand, we will discuss any change to price or timeline with you before continuing.

This website and our services are intended for adults. You must be 18 or older to use this website, request or purchase services from Iron Chef Core Consulting, provide us with a mobile number, or consent to receive text messages from us. By using this website or opting in to our text messages, you confirm that you are 18 or older. If you are under 18, please do not submit any information through this website.

Iron Chef Core Consulting operates a text messaging program so customers and prospective customers can reach us and receive service updates. These SMS terms form part of these Terms & Conditions.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
